Heroes, armies and seasons in a realm that lost its second sun.

Three hundred years ago the Sky Fire went out. Its shards fell on the continent of Ervend, the old kingdom broke into five houses, and the seasons have been restless ever since. Every house claims the ashen crown. Every house is gathering the shards to light the fire again, and to rule alone.

Hail & Steel is a turn-based fantasy strategy. You lead heroes across a living map, build castles, raise armies and fight on the hex field, one season after another: a spring that swells your garrisons, a summer of long marches, a harvest that fills the treasury, and a winter when the rivers freeze and new roads open across the ice.
